Please remember that Dr Moz only performs circumcisions on children less than 12 months of age.

On booking an appointment a deposit of $450 will be taken 

This deposit is refundable ONLY if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before your procedure time.

The appointment will be automatically cancelled if a deposit is not paid.

​

On the day of the procedure a further small amount will be taken comprising the medicare rebate which will be refunded to the parents 1-2 business days after the procedure.
